IT Support Services

SERCO of Texas, Inc. (SERCO) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive IT support services for multiple regional offices and remote staff across Texas. Services include helpdesk support, network management, cybersecurity, and related IT functions.

Proposal Submission Deadline: November 21, 2025, at 3:00 PM (CST).

Submission Instructions: Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to Katherine Taveras   at ktaveras@sercoh.com.

 

RFP Questions and Responses : All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing via email to ktaveras@sercohq.com by Monday, November 10, 2025, no later than 3:00 PM (CST). Responses to all questions received by the deadline will be compiled and shared with all known proposers by Thursday, November 13, 2025, to ensure fairness and transparency.
