SERCO of Texas, Inc. (SERCO) is seeking proposals from qualified landlords or property owners for the lease of office space in the Houston, Texas area. The proposed space must meet SERCO’s operational, accessibility, and program service requirements.

Proposal Submission Deadline: Friday, February 27th, 2026, 11:00 AM CST.

RFP Questions and Responses : All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing via email to ktaveras@sercohq.com by Thursday, February 19, 2026, no later than 3:00 PM (CST). Responses to all questions received by the deadline will be compiled and shared with all known proposers by Thursday, February 19, 2026, no later than 3:00 PM (CST), to ensure fairness and transparency.
