SERCO of Texas, Inc. (SERCO) is seeking written lease proposals for office/retail space serving the Humble area. The preferred space is up to approximately 15,000 square feet and should be suitable for workforce customers and program operations. The preferred initial lease term is up to five (5) years; respondents may propose a shorter term and should separately state and price any renewal options.

Proposed properties should identify usable and rentable square footage, rental rates and additional charges, parking, accessibility, building systems and condition, landlord and tenant buildout responsibilities, available tenant-improvement contributions, and the earliest delivery and legal occupancy dates.
